Seal Rocks Waterperson's Weekend

Location: Reflections Holiday Park, Seal Rocks No. 1 Beach

Join us this June in Seal Rocks for a weekend designed for every type of water person. The weekend will be a "choose your own adventure" style experience and includes:

- 2 nights accommodation in the Premium Villas directly opposite No. 1 Beach
- Dinner provided on Sat night
- Apnea Survival Surf Apnea Course
- Beginner & Advanced Freediving workshops
- Intro to Spearfishing workshops & catch and cook sessions
- Beach Yoga sessions with yoga Instructor
- Morning meditation sessions
- Ice bath and cold plunges ran by certified cold water immersion instructor
- Group surfs and proffessional surf videographer to capture your waves
- Group Freedives/Snorkels and videos of you diving
- Live music
- Afternoon chill out Paint and sips 

The weekend will begin on Friday afternoon and run through to Sunday morning. We’ll be staying in the beachside deluxe villas at Reflections Holiday Park, just across from the stunning Number One Beach at Seal Rocks!

Seal Rocks is without doubt one of the most breathtaking coastal towns in Australia. With limited phone reception and maximum nature, it’s the perfect place to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with the ocean and an awesome crew. You’ll leave with fresh energy, a newfound ocean confidence, a bunch of new mates, and a whole lot of memories.

What the cost includes
Everything listed above in the 'what the weekend will involve' section is included in the cost! Just make your way to Seal Rocks, bring your gear, breakfast, snacks and lunch, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What you'll need to bring

• Freediving gear including wetsuit (steamer surf wetsuits are fine), mask & snorkel, weight belt + weights, fins

• Surfboard and wetsuit

• Yoga mat and clothing for meditation or stretching

• Breakfast, dinner for the first night, snacks, lunch, and any drinks/alcohol

Gear Hire
Don’t have your own dive gear? We’ve got you. You can hire a full kit from us for $70. If you just need a few items, send us a message and we’ll sort it out!
