We are so confident when we say this is one of the most raw, untouched, and beautiful places left on Earth. The beauty of the nature here leaves you speechless, it's quite unlike anywhere else in the world.

If you’ve been needing a break, from the noise, the pace, the pressure, this is where you come to breathe again.

We’ll stay in a private rainforest lodge right on the reef, where Blue Planet was filmed. You’ll wake up to the sound of the ocean, eat fresh, home grown meals, and the fish we catch ourselves, and spend your days exploring lagoons, end of the earth type reefs, waterfalls, and coral caves.

You’ll freedive in the clearest blue water, alongside manta rays, dolphins, and reef sharks. Whether you’re doing your Molchanovs course or just diving for the joy of it, it’s all at your pace—with a small group, and plenty of space to just be.

This isn’t just a trip. It’s something you’ll carry with you long after you leave. We’d love for you to experience it.

Accommodation

We’ll be staying in a collection of private homes tucked within the island’s tropical jungle, surrounded by lush rainforest and sweeping ocean views. Just steps from your door, an incredible coral reef waits to be explored.

Mornings begin with birdsong and the gentle sound of waves; nights are filled with the hum of crickets, the glow of fireflies, and the soft patter of rain on the leaves.

There’s no noise from the outside world, just nature, and space to truly unwind. There's no roads, no cars and no towns.

Each home is fully screened and thoughtfully designed for comfort, blending Western-style build quality with local Solomon Island character. Every bed is fitted with a mosquito net for peaceful, uninterrupted rest. Every room has overhead fans to keep you comfortable at night.

Freediving Courses

Complete your Molchanovs Wave 1 or Wave 2 Freediving Course during the trip, combining line diving with relaxed, engaging theory sessions.

If you’re new to freediving, you can start with Wave 1—and possibly progress to Wave 2 by the end of the week. If you’ve already completed Wave 1 (or an equivalent course), you can work toward your Wave 2 certification.

You’ll be diving in some of the most amazing conditions we’ve ever seen for line freediving. There aren’t many places in the world where you can dive right next to stunning coral cliffs. The warm, crystal-clear water creates the perfect setting to learn, grow, and explore your potential.

Spearfishing

If you’ve always wanted to learn spearfishing or take your skills to the next level, you’re in great hands. Zac Kenway (@zackenway), the instructor leading this trip, was recently selected to represent Australia on the Australian Spearfishing Team.

With Zac’s expert guidance and his friendly, supportive approach, you’ll unlock your spearfishing potential no matter your experience level.

Throughout the week, we’ll explore multiple reefs, splitting into smaller groups with two guides each, ensuring everyone gets plenty of hands-on support to catch fish and improve their skills.

Trip FAQ’s

How long will we be diving per day?

We will be heading to several different hand picked spots throughout the week to showcase the best dive spots of the area.

Some days will be half days, while others will be full days out on the water. The full days out on the water will be those days with the best weather forecasts, so we can get out to more remote refs.

What Certification can I get?

If you haven't done a freediving course before, you will be able to do the Molchanovs Wave 1 Course and if things are progressing well, you can complete the Wave 2 Course.

What if I don’t want to get a freediving certification?

You may take the opportunity to improve your freediving with coached line diving sessions, unlimited depth and clear, warm water. There is no better place to improve your freediving ability.

What gear do I need to bring?

You will need to bring all of your own freediving and spearfishing gear with you. We will supply you with dive weights so you don’t have to travel with them.

How do I travel with dive gear/spearguns?

Traveling with your fins and gear in a dive bag, or a Sportstube is best.

What if I have dietary requirements?

The cooks will cater for your food requirements.
