Girls! Join us this September in Seal Rocks for a weekend filled with freediving this real life aquarium, morning yoga, surfing, campfires, mulled wine and a breath holding and relaxation workshop to improve your freediving! Absolutely all girls are welcome, whether you are a seasoned freediver or have never done any freediving! All skill levels welcome. 

The weekend will begin on Friday evening the 9th of September and finish on Sunday the 11th September, we will be staying in the Surfside cabins at Treachery Camp in Seal Rocks. 

Seal Rocks is without a doubt, one of the most incredibly stunning and accessible shore diving locations in Australia. Every time we have dived there, we have seen several Grey Nurse Sharks, turtles, various species of Rays and thousand and thousands of fish. Seal Rocks is so alive with its Marine life it feels as though you're swimming in an Aquarium. 

The weekend will involve
- Morning yoga sessions
- Full days of freediving the best underwater locations Seal Rocks has to offer
- Underwater photography sessions (you will get these edited photos & videos after the weekend!)
- Evening workshop on how to increase your breath hold & relaxation for freediving
- 2 nights accommodation in the Duneside Cabins at Treachery Camp in Seal Rocks
- Surfing (if you'd like)
- Campfires
- Mulled Wine
- Meeting & diving with a bunch of like-minded chicks

If you're keen to come but don't have any of your own gear, you can hire everything from us that you'll need for $50. If you only need a few things, send us a message!

What the cost includes
2 nights accommodation in the Surfside Cabins in Seal Rocks, 2 morning yoga sessions, full days of freediving, underwater photos of yourself, freediving workshop, campfires & mulled wine.
